Part Three: Driving and the Mobile Phone

Considering all the health concerns for wireless communications, mobile phone use while driving is clearly the biggest immediate concern for everyone.  Some studies have proven that a driver is more distracted by using a cell phone than any other force, including emotional stress and driving under the influence.

Many countries and cities in Europe of outlawed this practice.  It is recommended that others throughout the world follow in these footsteps.

Hands-free mobile communications units are installed in many high-end vehicles and will become more commonplace in years to come.  If you don’t have one of these vehicles, get yourself a handset with a Bluetooth-enabled headset interface – it’s better than having a collision, wrecking your vehicle, potentially hurting yourself and others, and getting charged with the accident.
