EU Data Retention Directive COMPLIANCE STRATEGIES FOR ISPs AND TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES Web Conference May 30, 2006 2 – 4pm GMT On February 21st the European Council for Justice and Home Affairs adopted the new European Directive on Data Retention.
