MVNO/MVNE Business Development and Program Manager
|
Provide subject matter expertise on building and packaging (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) MVNO solutions. Appropriate candidate is responsible for business development and partnership strategy including Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) selection, Host Network Operator (HNO) integration and OSS component system selection or enhancements. MVNO - Proven experience with direct responsibility for the creation of a MVNO. Extensive business development strategy and service delivery models. Ability to negotiate and create partnerships.
Candidate will ideally have strong MVNO or mobile HSO provider experience including MVNE, MVNO integration, OSS component selection and enhancement. Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills for presentations at industry events and development of white papers. The ideal candidate will be a good speaker able to provide key note speech at industry events and provide white papers detailing effective execution of MVNO business and IT strategy.
